Statement
Airports, parking lots, streets, train stations – we build extensive facilities to facilitat our contact with each other. We often pass these „non-places“ (Anthropologist Marc Augé) without even noticing them – just with our destinations in mind or distracting ourselves with books, mobile games, or daydreams.
This series shows these spaces in between, which we are so often blind for – in the glistering light of a burning summer’s day – when it is hard enough to physically keep the eyes open and see.
